2 oz - Whiskey
¾ oz – Amaro Aperitif
1 oz – Blood Orange Juice
Angostura Bitters (3 Dashes)
Fire Water (1 Dash)
Garnish: Blood Orange Slice
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Pour over ice. Garnish with a blood orange slice.

2 ½ oz - Whiskey
3 oz - Coffee (Cold or Hot)
½ oz- Sweet Vermouth
½ oz - Brown Sugar Cinnamon Simple Syrup
Angostura Cocoa Bitters (5 Dashes)
Angostura Orange Bitters (1 Dash)
Garnish: Flamed Orange Peel
Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds and strain into a martini glass. Flame an Orange peel over the drink then garnish with the peel.

2 oz - Whiskey
1 oz – Cointreau
1 oz – Pomegranate Juice
1 oz – Lemon Juice
½ oz - Honey Simple Syrup
Garnish: Candied Orange (Smoked Peel)
Fill goblet glass with ice. Add all ingredients to a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Strain over ice into goblet glass.
